Chinese Law and Its Culture, Past and Present

 

中华法律体系的历史发展与近代衍变一直是中国法律史研究的中心问题；而无论是历史上的儒法国家还是当代的社会主义法治体系，其法律的表达与实践又都深深植根于中华文化之中。本次会议旨在汇聚海内外中国法律史研究学者，围绕前述主题展开跨学科、跨国界的深入对话，以期共同推动该领域研究的创新发展。本次双年会共设一场主旨报告、一场邀请报告、两场圆桌讨论，以及十五个专题论文小组。会议内容涵盖从先秦至现当代各个历史时期中华法律的表达与实践，探讨其背后的文化基础，相关的政治、经济与社会变革，以及法律史研究的理论框架与方法论。
